I came here with my family members. I had a spacious bedroom. The breakfast was served in the terrace and the food was tasty. The location was marvellous, 15 minutes' walk to the centre. A bazaar and shops were right next door...

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was charming and fairly clean, with particularly good location to the busstation. Location: the property was near to the mountains as well as Gjirokaster Castle, Skenduli House, Obelisk, Ethnographic museum and Gjirokaster bazaar.

The value for the money was great at Karafil Guesthouse. The room was nice and clean, and the staff treated us well. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the museum, bazaar, and castle.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse in Gjirokaster. the breakfast was not only delicious but also healthy, and I enjoyed it while taking in the stunning mountain view. the hosts were incredibly flexible, always asking us about our preferred breakfast time the evening before. the location was perfect, just a short walk to old town and with a great balcony that overlooked the castle and valley. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. I found this place to offer excellent service and value for money, and I highly recommend it. Good wifi and air conditioning were also provided. Cons: Nothing for me. 🌟.

Gorgeous views, crisp mountain air, and a lovely continental breakfast to start the day. The garden and terrace were just delightful for sipping tea and pretending to be a character from a 19th-century novel.

Just a small detail, but I must admit, it was quite entertaining trying to find the place without a sign. Who needs clear directions, right?

I had the most amazing stay at this guesthouse in Gjirokaster. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the museum, skenduli house, Gjiro bazar, and the castle. I was blown away by the beautiful garden in the guesthouse, it was such a treat for all my senses. The house itself had a very traditional and classic old decor, with something special in every corner. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the view. The host family was nice and even dropped me off at the bus station for free.

One thing to note is that the route to the house can be a bit tricky when following Google maps. the owner was kind enough to pick me up and show me the correct route which was much better.

The garden and terrace were perfect for soaking in the beautiful mountain views. The continental breakfast was delicious and kept me energized for my adventures. And with free WiFi, I could share all my amazing moments with my followers!

So hard to find the place at first, but hey, getting lost is part of the adventure, right?

Super friendly and caring family! the breakfast was amazing, so big it could pass as lunch! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, close to everything. Plus, the view from the terrace was absolutely fantastic, overlooking the whole city.

Despite the efforts of our hosts to keep us warm, the room remained chilly. I would recommend visiting during the summer months for a more comfortable stay.
